I have not been at the gym for a couple of months due to an injured foot and just returned this morning. When I walked in this morning one of the staff noticed that I had been away awhile, welcomed my return, and asked how I was. How refreshing.
I have been a member at your gym for a few years now, and although I have gone with friends to their gyms to have a change and I even had a membership gifted to me to Excel on Steeles, I have come to realize your gym is really quite exceptional.
The ladies facility in the co-ed gym are the cleanest and the nicest of any gym I have ever been at, and that even includes your ladies only club. Your equipment is clean and in good working order and your staff is the best. I work customer service so I really take notice of it, and to have one of your staff comment like that this morning really made me take notice. I am sure my membership will be up for renewal in the spring and it is the little things that will bring me back for a 4th time. Have a great day.

Just a note to let you know that Stephanie's Salsa class is a great cardio workout and she's a great instructor. She varies her classes so you don't get bored. Also Julie's Pump It classes are also motivational. Even though I have a knee and hip problem, I can still enjoy a great workout in both those classes.

I just completed your 8 week Kickboxing program offered at Real Life Fitness. At first it was all about losing some weight and taking off the inches; as a result, I began to become more focused on doing my best to develop the skills and techniques for kickboxing. I would leave each class feeling great. It is definitely not boring. Not only did I lose some weight, I could feel myself toning up, especially my shoulders, back and arms. I also began to notice a difference with my abs as I could see a difference in the way my clothes fit.
I highly recommend taking the Kickboxing program. You will feel great and leave the class feeling energetic. Julie and Felicia are fantastic and you will get the best workout ever.

I would like to take this opportunity to let you know how great I think the Kickboxing class by Julie and Felicia is. It has made my workout time more worthwhile and continues to keep me wanting to attend the gym.
Julie and Felicia are great instructors. It is very obvious that they come with a ton of experience. Every week is a new challenge for the class! They have shown me that even as a beginner, it is quite possible to improve your strength and endurance over a short period of time. They play great music and their voices manage to keep the class on their toes at all times!!
I would like to see Julie and Felicia back to do this class over and over. I may not be able to take it every time but I would encourage ladies to try it even once. Kickboxing is a great workout and the few days of sore muscles are outnumbered by the benefits and FUN!
