Group Exercise Classes
Join our motivating group of certified fitness instructors. With over 70 class per week, we are committed to providing you with quality instruction and classes designed to improve the way you look and feel. We aim to provide a fitness class schedule with lots of variety. All of our classes are multi-level so both beginners and experienced exercisers can enjoy the same classes.
More than just a workout, SPINNING is a comprehensive mental and physical training program-the original indoor cycling program. Led by a certified instructor, classes combine a foundation of basic cycling movements with motivational coaching techniques and breathing awareness . Inspirational music and a non-competitive environment ensure fun, safe and effective journey for participants of all fitness levels. Get ready to burn those calories!
Due to our Spinning class popularity, we recommend reserving your bike in advance of a class. No need to arrive extra early – we offer a phone-in reservation service 1 hour prior to the start of each class time, which ensures you a spot!
ELEVATE Group Training Classes
ELEVATE is group training led by our certified trainers and designed to give a complete strength, cardio and core training workout. Classes offered in our dedicated Training Studio equipped with state-of-the art functional training equipment. Each class consists of a variety of functional training principles using TRX suspension cables, Kinesis and a variety of other free form equipment to get you in the best shape of your life. Our trainers will use cutting edge training methods to get you fit safer, faster and in a more motivating and personal environment! Maximum of 12 participants per class. Advance sign-up recommended.
