Change of Information
To change any of your information with us such as name, address, new credit card or bank information, simply email email@example.com or print our Change Request Form and fax 1-800-704-8495 or drop it off the at the Front Desk on your next visit and we will update your account.
- Monthly Payment Membership (During Obligation Period): Member may freeze membership for a medical reason only for a minimum of 1 month and maximum of 3 months per year. A doctor?s letter must accompany a freeze request. Monthly dues will continue throughout the time freeze and time accrued for club use will be added at the end of the obligation period (usually the anniversary date of joining the club).
- Monthly Payment Membership (After Obligation Period): Member may freeze membership for a minimum of 1 month. Monthly dues will cease for the duration of the time freeze period.
- Paid in Full Membership: Member may freeze membership for a medical reason only for a minimum of 1 month and maximum of 3 months per year. A doctor?s letter must accompany a freeze request. Time accrued for club use will be added to the expiration date of membership.
You may transfer your committed membership duration to another person. A charge of $30.00 applies.
Once your initial term is completed and the minimum committed time of your membership has been paid you can cancel your membership. Please note, all pre-paid memberships do not qualify for cancellation.
No appointments are necessary to freeze, transfer or cancel your membership with us. We do however ask that you fill out the appropriate form in person at Real Fitness for Women with 30 days notice so that we can confirm your request and give you a copy of your completed form as proof of processing.
